Undergamed

25/03/2018 | Paul Dussault

Term referring to a subject or setting of interest, often of a historical nature, about which few games have been designed.
Sometimes under-gamed. Neglected is also used in the same sense. Overgamed is used as an antonym, but also has a distinct meaning. Not to be confused with underplayed.

Well, I don’t think WWI is nearly as ignored a topic as it was in the 70s and (especially) the 80s, but it is still undergamed compared to The Civil War or WWII.Ted Raicer
I highly recommend this game. It’s set in an undergamed time period, has some neat mechanics and is just a ton of fun.Lang Jones
